About the role

In the role of Vendor Management Analyst, you’ll be part of the Insight Vendor Management Office and deliver exceptional service to internal customers and enable them to meet their business priorities. As a member of this team, you will need to have a sense of ownership, urgency and pride in your business portfolio. Along the way, you will get to:

• Serve as Level 1 primary support point of contact of a high-volume VMS software (Fieldglass) supporting self-service users as well as full white glove service support which includes the creation of SOW transactions in the VMS
• Review project documentation and complex redline review in contracts
• High contact with transaction owners via email, phone, and web share, to help ensure the health of the system data and meet audit requirements.
• Troubleshoot Tier 1 related issues and create tickets with VMS Partner and manage to completion

What we’re looking for

• 4+ years’ experience working on a fast-paced dynamic deadline-oriented team in a customer facing role
• Proven experience within a VMS (ideally Fieldglass) or previous MSP level support
• Demonstrated ability to help manage vendor conflict and find resolutions
• Expertise in Microsoft Word including redline contract experience
