About the role

The Software Licensing Admin would be responsible for creating client facing quotes (i.e., Net new, renewals, and modification on existing subscriptions) using Cisco and Insight tools, works together with Client Executives for any clarifications on quote requests, sending of quotes to Client Executives, responding to queries, booking orders, opening tickets as necessary using Cisco tools and updating internal trackers on completed requests. Along the way, you will get to:

  • Paid Media Operations (LinkedIn & Google)
  • Support setup, QA, and maintenance of paid media campaigns across:
    • LinkedIn (Sponsored Content, Lead Gen, etc.)
    • Google Ads (Search & Shopping, etc.)
  • Execute operational tasks for both partner funded and Insight funded campaigns, including:
    • Coordinate with agency partner to set up campaigns
    • Implementing and validating tracking (UTMs, conversion tags/pixels)
    • Monitoring budget pacing, delivery, and approvals
  • Report on ongoing optimization tasks (analyzing underperformers and refining keywords/audiences, etc.).
  • Partner & Product SEO Research
    • Optimize transactional pages for organic search: shop homepage, category pages, product detail pages, search result pages, landing pages
  • Conduct keyword research focused on:
    • Transactional keywords
    • Long-tail product searches
    • Competitor opportunities
  • Improve: metadata (titles, descriptions), internal linking, product copy, structured data/schema, URL structure, Faceted navigation SEO
  • Identify and resolve technical SEO issues
  • Work with UX/UI and development
  • Analyze performance using: Google Search Console and Adobe Analytics
  • Create SEO testing strategies and monitor results
  • Track rankings, traffic, CTR, conversions, and revenue impact
  • Be an active participant in our internal and client meetings
  • Reporting & Performance Insights
    • Pull and aggregate data from dashboards (e.g. Google Studio, Adobe and PowerBi).
    • Leverage recurring and ad hoc reports that show performance versus goals (traffic, leads, revenue, ROAS, etc.).
    • Highlight key trends, wins, and issues; recommend clear next steps for optimization.
    • Maintain documentation of campaign performance and testing outcomes to inform future initiatives.
  • Process & Collaboration
    • Follow established SOPs for campaign setup, QA, tracking, and reporting; contribute ideas to improve them over time.
    • Partner with internal stakeholders (Digital Commerce marketing, agency partners, and analytics) to ensure alignment on goals, tactics, and KPIs.
    • Support ad hoc operational tasks as new partners, products, or platforms are introduced.

What we’re looking for

  • 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with exposure to paid media and/or SEO.
  • Hands-on experience with at least one of the following: o Paid Media/Marketing Agencies o LinkedIn Campaign Manager o Google Ads (Search or Shopping)
  • Strong Excel/Sheets skills and comfort working with performance data and basic metrics (impressions, clicks, CTR, CPC, conversions, revenue, ROAS).
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and campaigns simultaneously.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven experience improving rankings for transactional keywords
  • Strong understanding of: Technical SEO, On-page SEO, Internal linking, Schema markup and Crawl/index management
  • Experience optimizing: Shopify stores, Product pages, Collection pages, Large site architectures
  • Familiarity with: Google Search Console, Adobe Analytics
  • Understanding of conversion-focused SEO and UX principles

 

Preferred

  • Experience supporting partner funded or comarketing campaigns (MDF or vendor/partner programs).
  • Familiarity with eCommerce environments and B2B technology or IT solutions.
  • Experience with Google Analytics or similar web analytics tools.
  • Relevant certifications (Google Ads, LinkedIn Marketing Labs, SEO training) are a plus.
  • Basic HTML/CSS knowledge
  • Experience collaborating with developers and designers
