Personal Assistant (Country Manager)


As a Personal Assistant, you will be responsible for the management of the agendas, coordinating various inputs/outputs & internal/external stakeholders' demands, in line with ad-hoc Business requirements and monthly/Weekly meeting cycles for two Vice Presidents. This position is a highly valued job function, that brings professional development opportunities and international visibility to the entire organization. You'd be working together with many internal and external stakeholders across countries.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Agenda Management
  • Travels booking & arranging logistics remotely in various sites within and/or outside the region
  • Meetings including logistics (Video Conferences, Telephone Conferences, rooms & bridges booking, catering, etc.)
  • Expenses Management
  • Registering & welcoming guests for mentioned executives
  • Main point of contact for executive stakeholders
  • Daily administrative support
  • Support the assigned teams regarding organizing meetings, forums – events management for both internal and external events- can be requested to travel for an event (not extensively / approx 2-3 times a year)

Background Experience

  • Able to cope with an ever fast-paced, ever-changing, international environment
  • 5 + years of Executive Assistant expertise (in large international companies)
  • A self-organized candidate, with a high sense of confidentiality, with personality and experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Understands Executives & Top Management dynamics
  • Expertise in multi-tasking, & prioritizing
  • Planning & time Management skills
  • Fluent English and French fit for negotiation
