We are seeking a passionate and driven Cloud Consultant to join our growing Cloud Security and Infrastructure Practice in Perth. The Consultant will bring a drive and eagerness to learn, by working with a senior Insight teammate on engagements they will develop skills and capabilities to take on tasks and work items with guidance and support. Prior experience and transferable skills will be beneficial.

Principle Accountabilities and Responsibilities

This will be a client facing role working on projects with support and direction from the project team and nominated senior teammate. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be/have:

• Able to follow a technical process with guidance as required. 
• Working with clients to understand their technical needs and provide solutions.
• Comfortable working with cloud technologies.
• Able to work at client sites as required.
• Invested in developing skills and increasing knowledge on applicable subject matter.
• Open to fulfil other duties as assigned.
• Aware of and comply with Insight’s Policies and Procedures.
• Willingness to learn and follow direction.

About you...

•    An understanding of some common IT systems and services used in Security – for example:

• Active Directory (AD)
• Entra ID
• Microsoft Defender suite
• Microsoft Purview suite
• Sentinel
• Qualys
• Intune/SCCM
• GPO

•    Foundational knowledge and understanding of Identity, Security and Networking principles is required.
•    Ability to cultivate positive relationships with partners, teammates, and Insight’s client community required.  
•    Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate both technical and abstract concepts in a clear and concise manner.  
•    Must be able to multi-task effectively. 
•    Open to constructive feedback and professionally develop based on this feedback.
