Location: This is a Perth based hybrid opportunity where you will work 2 days in the office, 3 days a week from home or as agreed with your management and the requirements of the role.

About the role

Leadership: The National Practice Manager for this role is John Jones. John is based in Sydney and leads the Microsoft Business Applications across APAC and is passionate about fostering team spirit and enabling team members to reach their potential through learning and development. The Business Applications team is focused on providing services and delivering solutions based on Dynamics 365, Power Platform and Microsoft 365.

 

As a Practice Lead for Dynamics CRM and Power Platform you will be responsible for the regional team management of WA, the NT and SA and potential overseas regions in the coming months.  The Practice Lead will input into the development of the practice strategy and execute on a practice business plan that aligns to the broader company plans and vision for the future. Success in this role will come from being accountable for regional execution of the plan and maintaining a high teammate and client satisfaction.

 

You will be a member of the leadership team and will be responsible for living our values and leading by example. There will be a high expectation that you will leverage your team and embrace a culture of delegating and sharing responsibilities with your broader team.

 

 

 

  • Business Leadership – Execute parts of the regional plan for the business unit (Practice) including Go to Market, Sales and Marketing Plans and Insight day to day finances of the practice including costs, team renumeration and reward, chargeability and utilisation.
  • Delivery Management – Input and execution of regional capacity planning, maintaining appropriate capacity for forecasting supply and demand across projects
  • Sales Management – Vendor Relationship management, pre-sales participation and using your own profile to execute marketing and sales strategies within conferences and User Group participation

What we’re looking for

  • Prior experience in a Practice Lead or Consulting role within a similar environment, managing all aspects of a services business including P&L
  • Demonstrated experience driving services for Insights technology solution offerings such as Dynamics and Power Platform
  • Strong commercial results in leading sales, pre-sales and new business development
  • Extensive people leadership and people management experience
