About the role

Leadership: The leader for this role is Niamh Toohey.  Niamh is based in Perth and leads the AI Business Transformation function across APAC.

As a Principal Consultant – Change & Capability, you will be a senior client-facing leader who combines deep domain expertise, delivery accountability and commercial impact. We will count on you to act as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders, own end-to-end delivery outcomes, and shape and grow our Change & Capability practice across APAC. Along the way, you will get to:

• Lead complex change and capability engagements that enable successful AI and technology adoption, acting as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders
• Own end-to-end delivery outcomes, including strategy, design, execution, risk management and continuous improvement
• Build and lead a high-performing Change & Capability team, fostering a culture of collaboration, learning and high performance
• Shape and grow our AI Business Transformation practice by developing and standardising methods, tools and IP for change and capability

What we’re looking for

• Prior experience in a Principal Consultant or equivalent senior consulting role, ideally within a similar environment
• Demonstrated experience delivering change and capability services at an executive level or for executive clients
• Proven ability to drive sales, presales and new business development activities, including shaping proposals and closing opportunities
• Extensive leadership and people management experience, including building, coaching and developing consulting teams
