As a Manager of Services for Insight, you will enter a high-energy and tech-savvy world. We’re looking for someone who is a team player, excellent communicator, has Professional Services experience, and have proven success growing and building out PMO teams. If you’re a strong leader who is self-starting, a great problem-solver and motivated, then you would be a great addition to our team.


 As an Insight Manager of Services, you can expect to:


  • Be an influential innovator with industry presence and deep experience in the Professional Services space to creating processes, procedures, and methodologies for the Project Management Office.


  • Help build and grow our Professional Services business and ensure customer and teammate satisfaction. You will also manage risk, communication plans, change management, and financial performance of our team.


  • Motivate your team to find successful solutions. You will be providing guidance to your team for successful teammate onboarding and PMO Governance.



What we’re looking for:


  • Experience managing a PMO Governance Team.
  • Experience in leading a dynamic team of highly motivated teammates.
  • Demonstrated experience in communicating with all levels of leadership. 
  • Ability to adapt to changes in priorities and business directions.
  • Ability to manage a team with highly diverse responsibilities including:
    • 60% client billable target
    • Governance and oversight of the PMO processes, procedures, and methodologies
      • Performing Project360 interviews
      • Creating and publishing PMO LaunchKits
      • Managing CSAT responses and remediation
      • Website creation and management
      • Training & coaching of PMO Teammates
    • Ownership and management of the Clarizen Application
      • Development and backlog management
      • Client support and licenses management
      • Consulting with new Geos and Organizations
  • Ability to think “outside the box” to create, implement, and measure solutions that drive consistency in project delivery for the purpose of improving the Client Experience.
