Education Support Specialist / Training Coordinator

We are currently seeking an LMS Specialist who is familiar with the learning management system and is able to assist learners with accessing and using the system, registering learners for courses, updating learners profiles, and assisting Instructors/Project Managers with scheduling training. This is a client facing role.
 
Responsibilities:
Respond to Customers, Project Managers, and Instructors requests.
Provide customers with product and service information.
Identify, research, and resolve customer issues.
Follow-up on customer inquiries.
Create reports and repositories of information that support the creation of repeatable processes. 
Document lessons learned i.e. Knowledge Articles and Job Aids that can be leveraged by other team members. 
Recognize, document and alert the manager of trends in customer cases.
  
Experience: 
Windows Desktop familiarity
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office 365 with an emphasis on Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Self-starter with the ability to manage weekly workload with minimal intervention
Proven ability to track activities and follow up
