Service Desk

As our Site IT, you will work in a dynamic environment supporting a large technology company. Leveraging your strong IT support skills, you will apply your technical abilities and provide excellent customer service while being surrounded by smart and motivated colleagues.
 
What you will do at Insight
•    Support teammates in person and remotely
•    Install, Configure and Troubleshoot end user Software and Hardware issues (Windows, Android, iOS and Some Mac OS X)
•    Break Fix Work
•    Track fixed assets and inventory
•    Educate and set up new teammates’ hardware/software
 
What you’ll need to join Insight
•    Basic understanding of cabling.  
•    Strong experience with PC hardware
•    Experience with Desktop support experience, Operating in an enterprise environment    
•    Knowledge of Windows OS, Apple IOS, and some MacOS

•    Must support iPad, Mobile phones, Android/Apple
•    Strong experience with Windows 10
•    Must be comfortable supporting a Microsoft Windows environment
•    Must be comfortable supporting and working with both tools Windows OS, and Apple IOS 
•    Enterprise/Corporate environment work experience
•    Experience supporting C-Level Executive Leadership
 
Required
•    A+ Certification 
•    Strong working Knowledge of Windows 10/Legacy with knowledge of basic applications enterprise users utilize  (i.e. G-Suite)
•    Good Knowledge of office Products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) 
•    Ability to discuss technical issues with individuals of various knowledge and abilities 
 
Preferred/Would be nice
•    Experience supporting both office and Google Suite 
•    Additional technical certifications
•    Knowledge or usage of a ticketing system such as ServiceNow
•    Office365 administration knowledge/experience
