IT Help Desk Support - Mobility

Position Overview

The IT Help Desk Support Technician for mobility is responsible for our clients needing support for mobility and general PC related issues. In this role, you are the front line in support of customers and will provide assistance via phone and email. Duties

  • Provide basic mobility support on iOS smartphones and tablets
  • Configure and deploy device policies through MDM/Intune baseline
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose escalated problems by evaluating multiple options using checklists and guides
  • Respond to IT support requests from staff as related Office 365 cloud and desktop applications
  • Perform Active Directory maintenance


Qualifications

  • Associate's degree OR 2+ years of progressive experience in IT systems supporting Office 365
  • 1+ years of experience with cloud-based device management tools such as MDM, JAMF or Intune
  • Must have experience with Microsoft Windows 10 in a corporate environment
  • Knowledge of IP networking concepts, Wi-Fi, and remote access technologies
  • Excellent communication skills
