Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to provide unparalleled pre-sales support to our sales team and clients. From Networking to Servers to Storage, you'll be the go-to guru for all things tech-related.

 

Your skills and technical know-how will be of the utmost importance in qualifying and developing opportunities, creating complex configurations, and developing innovative solutions to meet our clients' ever-evolving needs. As a team player, you'll work closely with our sales team, coordinating resources and gathering information to deliver top-tier technical assistance.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain industry certifications and partner specializations.
  • Provide advanced technical support to sales team and clients via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
  • Research and create client deliverables (BoMs, configurations, estimates, etc.)
  • Strategize with SE/SA to develop optimal solutions and identify additional opportunities.
  • Sell solutions across technology platforms and provide training and mentoring to Level 1 & 2 Engineers.

 

What you’ll need to succeed

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology with 5-7 years of experience OR equivalent combination of experience and education.
  • Proficient in Data Center partners and solutions (Server, Storage, Virtualization, Data Protection, Security.)
  • Experienced in Data Center solution design.
  • Demonstrates professionalism and excellent phone skills.
  • Effective in communicating, presenting, and selling strategies to various audiences.
  • Self-driven and capable of working independently.
