We are hiring a Project Manager for France

 

As a Project Manager you will be responsible for successfully delivering small to medium size projects and for providing leadership to project teams consisting of internal and or subcontracted client resources and stakeholders. You will be also responsible for the day-to-day management of the project, scope and schedule management, risk and issue management, finance and cost control management, and resource and people management. You will provide a consistent approach to project delivery, the utilisation of tools and methodologies, and the reporting of governance information.

 

Responsibilities

  • End-to-end delivery of projects including project scope, schedule, cost, risk management, quality, and meeting of client satisfaction targets
  • Successful delivery of projects through the entire project life cycle in accordance with Insight methodologies, processes, and best practice standards
  • Measure project performance and ensure the maintenance of comprehensive project documentation.
  • Achieving high client satisfaction through clear and regular communication with clients and stakeholders
  • Execute project contract change control and work closely with leadership
  • Manage assigned internal and external resources in order to achieve project success, provide leadership and mentorship to project team members
  • Identify new ways to improve the efficiency or delivery of projects, and proactively suggest continuous improvements
  • Provide support for tactical sales opportunities and support presales

 

Requirements

  • Master's degree level or high education background
  • Equivalent work experience in an IT
  • High level of written and spoken English and fluent French
  • A confident, outward-looking, proactive communicator
  • Fully conversant with Microsoft Office suite and Microsoft Project & Microsoft Planner
  • Results orientated with ability to plan and deliver against project deadlines
  • Management qualification, accreditation and or certification (such as PRINCE2, AGILE, PMI)
  • Demonstrates a deep understanding of IT
  • Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to negotiate, influence and generate confidence, trust, and respect
  • Excellent project management, communication, and problem-solving skills
