IPS Sales Market Leader
Location: This role will be a remote position
Salary: $140,000-$160,000 base salary plus additional bonuses

Insight Public Sector (IPS) is currently seeking a talented and experienced Sales Market Leader. This individual will be responsible for managing sales activities for our State & Local Government segment for Insight’s expanding Public Sector SLED division. The Sales Market Leader will need a strong background in managing sales teams, with a proven track record in attaining sales goals. As a IPS Sales Market Leader you will get to:
- Manage a professional field sales team covering the SLG and EDU segments
- Drive sales strategy and work with account executives and sales managers to attain sales quotas
- Develop and deliver effective sales presentations to customers
- Motivate, coach, and manage sales team
- Manage Account Executive sales performance

We are looking for a IPS Sales Market Leader with:
- College Diploma/University Degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of successful sales experience in the technology field
- 3+ years proven sales management experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills
