Quality Strategist

We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated Quality Strategist responsible for coordinating, overseeing, and driving activities required to meet, promote, and encourage quality standards. The individual will work closely with QA Engineers and Analysts to design then develop a project test strategy encompassing both manual and automated elements. You will also be responsible for generating reports on performance and execution to measure against set indicators. You will liaise with other managers and staff throughout each engagement to ensure QA systems are operating correctly. While working with our clients, you’ll work collaboratively with product managers, developers, and subject matter experts on other teams within an Agile development methodology. You must be able to clearly communicate progress, risks and blockers to other team members as well as participate in and lead QA discussions. As a thought leader, you’ll be responsible for providing project oversight and dedicated to Practice initiatives such as training & Development. You will assist our Sales team in presenting quality offerings to clients during pre-sales activities. 

What you’ll do at Insight Digital Innovation: 

  • YOU will be responsible for the developing global test strategies for a wide range of client projects (from Fortune 1000 companies to educational institutions and non-profits). 

  • YOU will recommend, implement, and monitor preventative and corrective actions to ensure that quality assurance standards are achieved. 

  • YOU will be responsible for coordinating activities required to meet quality standards.  

  • YOU will be responsible for overseeing the creation and maintenance of manual test cases across multiple projects.  

  • YOU will be responsible for overseeing the creation and maintenance of automated test scripts across multiple projects. 

  • YOU will be responsible for defining KPI’s driving quality reports. 

  • YOU will work with sales and other subject matter experts to craft delivery strategies, estimates, and sales presentations to clients. 

  • YOU will work closely with product owners, developers, and management in a collaborative, team environment to identify ways to improve quality processes. 

  • YOU understand that QA inclusion is vital to certifying the quality level of the application. You also understand your participation will ensure that this is adhered to. 

  • YOU will provide thought leadership and participate in Practice initiatives like CoE’s (Center of Excellence) and training & development. 





What you’ll need to join Insight Digital Innovation: 

Minimum Requirements: 

  • 7-10+ years of QA experience (quality inspection, auditing, and testing) 

  • Prior experience in quality assurance as a manager or other related roles with strong knowledge of quality assurance standards and methodologies. 


  • Excellent managerial, leadership and communication skills. 


  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 

  • Meticulous (eye for detail) 

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)  

  • Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology 

  • Knowledge of Selenium and other testing frameworks 

  • Experience defining and implementing Unified Automation Frameworks 

Nice to Have: 

  • Experience working with Azure DevOps tools 

  • Strong project management skills
