Come join one of the best Recruiting teams out there!  You'll join a dynamic, fast pace environment, and be responsible for full lifecycle recruiting from source to hire. This includes: creative sourcing techniques, screening, researching, interviewing, and referring qualified job candidates for job openings.  This is a remote position.


What you’ll do at Insight

  • Source, qualify, and conduct in-depth interviews with candidates to ensure both a professional and cultural fit (this role will predominately focus on corporate roles and light industrial)
  • Leverage networking, social media, job boards and other methods for building candidate pipelines.
  • Partner closely with business leaders and hiring managers, spanning multiple business units and geographic locations.
  • Recommend ideas and process improvements related to recruitment that will contribute to the growth of the organization.
  • Reviews applications and screens applicants to obtain work history, education, training, job skills, and salary requirements, and to provide information about the organization and position. Refers candidates to hiring managers for further interview and screening processes.
  • Participates in Recruiting OFCCP strategy and diversity outreach efforts on a monthly basis.
  • Confers with management to identify personnel needs, job specifications, job duties, qualifications, and skills.
  • Develops recruitment programs to attract applicants and to fill specific job openings.
  • Develops and maintains network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates.
  • Initiates contact with possible qualified candidates for specific job openings while providing information on company facilities and interviewing process.


·What you’ll need to join Insight

  • At least 2-4 years of full lifecycle recruiting experience in a corporate environment.
  • Ability to deliver hiring results in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Proven history of managing a consistent req load, spanning multiple business units and geographic locations
  • Able to effectively communicate and partner with the business leaders and hiring managers
  • Ability to work on several projects at the same time
