Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a team of highly skilled Data Architects and consultants.
  • Establish relationships with customer sales teams and pre-sales technical resources.
  • Establish partnerships with various outside entities to evangelize our capabilities and expertise both within and outside of Insight.
  • Support sales teams in qualifying, scoping, and closing opportunities.
  • Drive project delivery and business efficiencies.
  • Develop new service offerings or methodologies to meet specific needs of the market or a client.
  • Assess business opportunity and technical innovations.
  • Conduct frequent 1:1s with teammates to establish a constant feedback loop.
  • Motivate and recognize your teammates.
  • Financial tracking for business you are responsible for.
  • Drive various forms of business communications and documents such as presentations, white papers, case studies, etc.

What you'll need to succeed:

  • 8+ years of experience in leadership roles.
  • Experience leading a technical team with a strong preference to those who have led teams in a consulting or professional services business.
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline, or demonstrated performance in a technical work environment.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and strategy articulation skills across various audiences.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Ability to work from a home office.
  • Willingness to travel. (Typical travel is under 20% and closer to 5%.

 

Where: Remote, within the Central Region

Comp: $180-205k + Bonus
