Market Sales Manager

 

Insight is currently hiring a Market Sales Manager in Texas. This individual will be responsible for managing field sales reps and their sales activities within the territory. Market Sales Manager will need to have a proven track record in attaining sales goals and quotas. We are open to consider candidates currently in a sales role who will function as a selling Manager and then fully transition into Management. 

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Effectively recruit sales reps of various levels in the Texas Market 
  • Responsible for managing Enterprise sales reps
  • Active participant for recruiting initiatives for local Field sales team
  • Drive sales strategy and work with Field reps to attain sales quotas
  • Develop and deliver effective sales presentations to customers
  • Motivate, coach, and manage the sales team
  • Manage performance
  • Build a sales team (recruit, hire, and train new employees)
  • Oversee accurate pipeline management
  • Exponential territory growth
  • Establish and develop strong Partner relationships within the region
  • Work with Marketing to effectively create brand awareness
  • Meet with the top customers in territory
  • Local travel required

 

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 8 years of successful sales experience in the technology field, selling HW/SW and Services, and 1-3 in sales management
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem solving, organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Experience working with C-Level executives
  • Highly focused on customer solutions and satisfaction
  • Strong negotiation and motivational skills
  • Excellent presentation skills. 
  • 4-year College Diploma/University Degree preferred or equivalent work experience
