Responsibilities:

We are seeking an experienced Azure Cloud Architect to join our team and oversee the migration of our clients from VMWare to Microsoft products, including Hyper-V, Azure Stack HCI, Azure Backup, Azure Site Recovery, and Azure Arc. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in VMWare and be able to effectively migrate to Microsoft products. This is a transactional role with a strong focus on Azure Backup and ASR.

Lead the migration of clients from VMWare to Microsoft products, including Hyper-V, Azure Stack HCI, Azure Backup, Azure Site Recovery, and Azure Arc.
Develop and implement migration plans, ensuring minimal downtime and disruption to clients.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including the PG, to bring in more work to Global Delivery.
Stay up-to-date with the latest Azure Cloud technologies and trends.
Provide technical guidance and support to clients and team members.

What you will need to succeed

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience in Azure Cloud Architecture and VMWare migration.
Strong knowledge of Hyper-V, Azure Stack HCI, Azure Backup, Azure Site Recovery, and Azure Arc.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Microsoft Azure certification preferred

Experience with Azure Migrate preferred
Experience in Azure Backup and ASR preferred
