Remote M365 Support Engineer

Insight Enterprise is seeking a Remote M365 Support Engineer. This position is a 4+ month W2 contract, that has the possiblity of extension. If you are interested in this opportunity and have the skillsets required, we would love to speak with you!!

Requirements:

Ability to handle Activation errors (Okta 404) due to network
Ability to handle log issues with Skype after update
Fix unlicensed users’ issues.
Experience with updating foreign language installed that are not defaulted.
Experience with post updates errors on M365 and O365.
Visio/Project reinstalled post-update experience.

Solid hands-on Break-Fix expertise.
Must have experience with application errors, fails and reinstallations.
Must have experience with troubleshooting and resolution of OS odd behaviors and ability to address and fix.
Must have hands on experience with websites not displaying content properly – compatibility/vendor updated breaking application/IE11 or Edge compatibility issues.
Hands on BitLocker errors/troubleshooting resolution experience.
Must have Driver/Firmware troubleshooting and resolutions experience.
Must have hands on experience with System Stability/Performance troubleshooting and resolutions.
