Practice Development Manager - Aruba

As a Practice Development Manager you will be responsible for evangelizing specific, new, or evolving practice areas and executing the necessary steps to enable and scale the business to consume the practice, selling solutions with integrated product and service components.


Sales | Services | Partnerships | Execution

In this role, you will support many areas of the business based on the need to establish new capabilities or focus.  The PDM will both influence the org and other leaders as well as take direct ownership of development components.


What you’ll do at Insight:

  • Sales meetings and presentations
  • Create and deliver teammate enablement
  • Internal technology evangelism
  • Marketing content development
  • Sales collateral and content development
  • GTM/sales strategy development
  • Services GTM/strategy development
  • Sales and services sales tool development
  • Bookings and pipeline management (sales and services)
  • Lead or support partner engagement and strategy
  • Partner acceleration programs
  • Solution proof of value execution
  • Other duties as assigned


What you’ll need to join Insight:

  • Aruba Professional level or greater certification(s)
  • Bachelor’s degree or better
  • Successful candidate will possess the technical aptitude to fully understand the technical solutions in their area of responsibility and others and the impacts and considerations of these solutions.
  • Competency in aaS solutions
  • 10+ years in the technology industry, preferably focused around network/security solutions
  • 5+ years in a consulting or similar role demonstrating solution evangelism
