Location: This role is onsite full-time in Herndon, VA (Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm)

Pay: Dependant on experience; range is $20.00 to $25.00 an hour plus full benefits

About the role

As a Services Technician Sr, you will act as a senior level technical advisor to customers on SAP solutions. We will count on you to own and resolve complex technical issues across SAP landscapes. Along the way, you will get to:

  • Monitor and maintain SAP system performance and availability in secure, regulated environments.
  • Lead technical troubleshooting and root‑cause analysis for complex SAP infrastructure and application issues.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and partners to plan, implement, and optimize SAP technical solutions.
  • Support cloud and on‑prem SAP landscapes, including configuration, upgrades, and system optimization

What we’re looking for

  • 4-7 years of desktop support, client server, and customer support experience.
  • Experience in hardware, software, network troubleshooting, basic operating system functionality orequivalent training and/or education is extremely beneficial. 
  • Extensive hands‑on experience with SAP technologies, including SAP Basis and/or S/4HANA architecture, configuration, and system operations.
  • Strong troubleshooting and customer‑facing skills, with experience serving as a technical escalation point and advisor for complex SAP environments
