Account Manager/Sales Development Representative/Lead Generation - Central Government Team

Hybrid (2-3 days per week in our Uxbridge office) 

 

Are you a go-getter with a knack for generating leads and building relationships? Are you ready to be a driving force behind our central government team's success? If so, a role as a Sales Development representative might be for you. 

 

As an SDR you’ll lead the charge in generating leads for our central government team. As a key player, you'll utilise phone-based skills, creativity, and innovative approaches such as video prospecting and social media engagement to build relationships. Collaborating closely with account managers, you'll contribute to the sale of a diverse range of software, hardware, solutions, and licensing.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation Maestro: Be an expert in lead generation, utilising your exceptional phone skills to identify and engage potential clients within the central government sector.
  • Creative Outreach Guru: Think outside the box! Employ your creativity in developing relationships through innovative methods such as video prospecting, social media engagement, and attending events.
  • Collaborative Mastermind: Work closely with account managers and directors to understand their needs and align lead generation strategies with their goals for selling a diverse mix of software, hardware, solutions, and licensing.
  • Pipeline Nurturer: Cultivate and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified leads, ensuring a steady flow for our account managers to close deals successfully.

 

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in a lead generation or sales development role, showcasing your ability to consistently meet or exceed targets.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex solutions in a clear and concise manner.
  • Adaptability: Thrive in a dynamic environment and embrace change with a positive attitude. Your adaptability will be key to success in this role.
  • Team Player: Collaborative spirit and the ability to work seamlessly with account managers and other team members to achieve shared objectives.
