As a Sales Leadership Coach at Insight, you'll work closely with our Commercial Sales Leaders to provide coaching, development and guidance on leading their teammates to sales success, career development, and personal success, working as one Commercial Sales team.

You'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our leaders' success and growth. Your expertise and experience in leadership will be vital in helping our leaders achieve their objectives, expand our business opportunities, and maximize their potential. You'll work alongside a talented group of professionals and develop strong relationships across the organization.


Key responsibilities:

· Development for new and tenured Sales Leadership

· Collaborate with team leaders and other coaches to identify areas of opportunity

· Share themes for development with Executive Leadership

· Contribute to Insight's growth and potential in the most profitable business unit


What you'll need to succeed:

·3-5 years of proven leadership coach success to professionals, background in sales or technology experience is preferred.

· Experience delivering training and coaching solutions in professional environments.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work as a team and effectively communicate between all levels within the organization.

- Remote role, minimal travel  (4x per year) required

· Personal and professional integrity
