Sales Leadership Coach

The Sales Leadership Coach serves in a coaching capacity for a team of Sales Leaders responsible for leader development, enhancing communication, and adopting programs.  The Sales Leadership Coach will support and train various levels of people leaders.  Helping leaders identify clear goals, become better leaders, communicate more effectively, problem-solve issues at work, and help them feel happy, fulfilled, and engaged.

 

What you’ll do at Insight

  • Provide targeted individual coaching sessions to review results and create action plans
  • Collaborate with other coaches to summarize best practices and develop resources for Sales Leaders
  • Develop and deliver engaging and inspiring training, which could be instructor-led training (ILT) in person, virtual training, or eLearning training, focused on developing our new and existing Sales Leaders to drive team effectiveness, development, and performance.
  • Drive continuous improvement in training and delivery processes by soliciting feedback and learning from peers, trainees, and leadership.
  • Enhance the development of leaders and the performance of those who report to them, and ultimately achieve organizational success
  • Facilitate training sessions to improve leaders’ coaching abilities and skills
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leadership coaching sessions
  • Work on special projects and additional duties as assigned.

 

What you’ll need to join Insight

  • BS/BA degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum 4 years of training and 4 years of leadership experience managing teams effectively.
  • Experience with Sales Leaders in a quota-driven environment / Tech is preferred.

  • 5-10% travel may be required.
