As a Services Solution Executive you’ll have the opportunity to showcase innovative solutions and the most cutting-edge technology services in the industry by selling our Digital Innovation solutions.  You’ll be responsible for qualifying and positioning Cloud Services-based solutions to accounts in a defined geographic territory through client visits and presentations in order to help customers successfully adopt and expand their usage of Cloud solutions and services. 


As a trusted advisor to Insight’s clients, you will identify opportunities to leverage Insight’s complete Cloud Services offerings.  This position will partner with client executives and other solution specialists to manage and grow opportunities within their market/region to achieve sales objectives. 


What you’ll do at Insight:

  • Drive the Solution – You’ll pursue new opportunities in existing customers who have not purchased Insight services where our award-winning delivery teams can provide innovative solutions to our clients that solve business needs. You’ll work to become the first person your client calls.
  • Be an Expert – You’ll present and sell the latest technology in the cloud including Data & Analytics, Intelligent Apps, AI & Machine Learning, IoT (Internet of Things) and Cloud-based applications to enterprise customers. You’ll effectively communicate and present the Insight value proposition to all executive levels of an organization.  You’ll lead negotiations and be responsible for overcoming objections to capture new Services opportunities.  You’ll develop and maintain a strong knowledge of leading industry trends in relation to Cloud solutions.
  • Build New Relationships – You’ll sell to new clients while deepening your relationships with existing clients in order to become their trusted advisor for repeat services business.  You’ll work closely with our Client Executives and partners to develop relationships that will drive mutually beneficial business for both Insight and the partner.
  • Deliver Results – You’ll develop and pursue an overall territory plan to maximize Services opportunities and leverage Insight’s integrated solution offerings within key accounts while maintaining a 3X pipeline in our CRM tool.  You’ll present a Quarterly Business Review for Insight leadership.

 What you’ll need to join Insight: 

  • 5+ years of selling cloud (IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS) consulting and managed services to mid-market customers
  • Experience working in a matrix sales model with other Client & Solutions Sales Executives
  • Knowledge of Microsoft services pertaining to Analytics, AppDev, Business Intelligence and Cloud-based Applications
  • Experience selling Cloud Solutions in Amazon Web Services and/or Google Cloud Platform preferred
  • Prior achievement of at least $1 million in gross profit for professional, consulting, and managed services.  Experience selling complete solutions, including hardware, software, and managed services preferred
