The Summit West SCE Role is a strategic sales role that requires significant experience in managing large indirect teams and driving long-term client partnerships. The ideal candidate will have a customer-first mindset and be able to bring creative ideas to clients, while also demonstrating behaviors that align with Insight's Leadership Commitments. These include creating clarity, inspiring people, demonstrating thought leadership, and delivering results, as well as hunger, heart, and harmony. The candidate should also be highly functional in complex environments and able to guide both internal teams and clients on a path to success, regardless of whether the environment is clear, complex, complicated, or chaotic.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a written account plan to drive long-term client partnerships aligned to multiple Insight pillars
  • Manage large indirect teams to achieve strategic objectives of "Client First, Delivering Differentiation, and Champion culture" that lead to profitable growth
  • Demonstrate a customer-first mindset and bring creative ideas to clients to deliver unique value
  • Utilize executive sponsors and the Voice of the Customer process to drive strategy and achieve long-term visions
  • Function in complex environments and guide both internal teams and clients on a path to success, regardless of whether the environment is clear, complex, complicated, or chaotic
  • Align with Insight's Leadership Commitments, including creating clarity, inspiring people, demonstrating thought leadership, and delivering results, as well as hunger, heart, and harmony
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders, including SR, Portfolio, Services, Field Architecture, Product, CEP, and others as appropriate, to ensure consistency of interview and validation of "Fit for Insight" as well as "Fit for Role" using behavior-based interviews and a consistent set of criteria/questions.

    What you'll need to succeed:
  • Significant experience in strategic sales and managing large indirect teams
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute a written account plan to drive long-term client partnerships aligned to multiple Insight pillars
  • Customer-first mindset and ability to bring creative ideas to clients to deliver unique value
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to align with Insight's Leadership Commitments, including creating clarity, inspiring people, demonstrating thought leadership, and delivering results, as well as hunger, heart, and harmony
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with key stakeholders, including SR, Portfolio, Services, Field Architecture, Product, CEP, and others as appropriate
  • Ability to work in complex environments and guide both internal teams and clients on a path to success, regardless of whether the environment is clear, complex, complicated, or chaotic
  • Familiarity with frameworks such as the Cynefin framework or Amazon's models for exploring complex environments
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)

 

Salary

 

  • 175K base
  • 175K bonus
