The Senior Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis serves as a key business partner for the regional Vice President and local management team, providing deep financial expertise. This key role is crucial in guiding leaders to make informed decisions that directly enhance the Insight's profitability and support the achievement of long-term financial goals.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Business Partnering: Collaborate closely with the regional VP and local management team to align financial strategies with business objectives, ensuring that financial insights drive decision-making processes

• Financial Planning and Analysis: Lead the regional financial planning and analysis functions, including in-quarter forecasts, annual outlook, and budget preparation. Conduct ad hoc analyses as needed to support business initiatives and strategic planning.

• Financial Statement Oversight: Ensure the completeness and accuracy of financial statements prepared by centralised accounting teams. Attend reviews and provide local context to maintain financial integrity and compliance.

• Statutory Compliance: Oversee local statutory compliance, including the preparation of statutory financials, tax reporting, and VAT obligations, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and best practices.

 

In addition to these key components, the Senior Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis is accountable for the day-to-day management of the regional Finance team. This role also involves acting as a critical project leader, engaging proactively with the EMEA Senior Leadership Team as required, and providing support or coverage to the regional VP.


QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:
• Educated to degree level or can demonstrate equivalent work experience
• Elevated level of written and spoken English
• Fully conversant with Microsoft Office 365 (such as Teams, Outlook, Excel, and Word)
• Significant experience of managing and developing an effective professional team within a fast-paced, target driven environment
• Holds relevant professional Finance and or accounting qualifications, accreditations and or certifications
• Experience of working at a senior level, ability to influence and advise on policy and strategy
• Commercially and financially astute with experience of managing budgets
