About the role

As a Client Services Manager II you will:

• Ensure all elements of project delivery are aligned with successful outcome including scope, schedule, budget, talent, communication, and documentation
• Incorporate learnings into subsequent project phases and other delivery engagements
• Extract and communicate learnings into relevant upstream and downstream processes

What we’re looking for

• Align operational aspects with strategic program objectives to deliver on growth commitments
• Coordinate across functions to develop, mature, oversee and measure end-to-end program processes
• Host recurring status meetings and produce regular reports documenting program health, risks, and trends in agreed formats for various stakeholders
• Analyze and resolve issues that have the potential to jeopardize program objectives
• Drive innovation and efficiencies aimed at gaining competitive advantage
• Maintain key relationships with partner, client, and internal stakeholders
• Build and lead teams in virtual and matrix reporting structures
• Monitor and mentor team member performance, including the reinforcement of Insight corporate initiatives.
• Maintain and uphold program and client processes and procedures in conjunction with contractual and compliance expectations
