About the role
As a Client Services Manager II you will:
- Ensure all elements of project delivery are aligned with successful outcome including scope, schedule, budget, talent, communication, and documentation
- Incorporate learnings into subsequent project phases and other delivery engagements
- Extract and communicate learnings into relevant upstream and downstream processes

What we’re looking for
- Align operational aspects with strategic program objectives to deliver on growth commitments
- Coordinate across functions to develop, mature, oversee and measure end-to-end program processes
- Host recurring status meetings and produce regular reports documenting program health, risks, and trends in agreed formats for various stakeholders
- Analyze and resolve issues that have the potential to jeopardize program objectives
- Drive innovation and efficiencies aimed at gaining competitive advantage
- Maintain key relationships with partner, client, and internal stakeholders
- Build and lead teams in virtual and matrix reporting structures
- Monitor and mentor team member performance, including the reinforcement of Insight corporate initiatives.
- Maintain and uphold program and client processes and procedures in conjunction with contractual and compliance expectations
