We are looking for a seasoned Senior Cybersecurity Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing and implementing secure-by-design solutions, with a strong emphasis on enterprise protection technologies. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of threat and vulnerability management, cloud security capabilities, and the ability to navigate various cybersecurity domains beyond product specialisation. Key Responsibilities:
- Secure Solution Design: Lead the design and implementation of secure-by-design solutions for businesses and enterprise environments, ensuring robust security practices are integrated from the outset.
- Data Protection Expertise: Utilise data protection solutions like Microsoft Purview to ensure the confidentiality and integrity of sensitive information while complying with relevant regulations.
- Cloud Security Capabilities: Develop and implement cloud security strategies to protect cloud-based assets and applications, ensuring secure deployment and management in cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Threat and Vulnerability Management: Identify, assess, and manage threats and vulnerabilities to strengthen the organisation’s security posture.
- Framework Implementation: Apply industry frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST CSF, GDPR, and NIS2 to guide security practices and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Identity and Authorisation Solutions: Design and implement effective identity and authorisation solutions to manage user access and enhance security measures.
- Incident Management: Conduct incident management processes, implementing recovery strategies and disaster recovery plans to minimise the impact of security incidents.
- SDLC Integration: Collaborate with development teams to integrate security practices throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), ensuring that security is a fundamental aspect of all software development processes.
- Security Trends Awareness: Stay informed about the latest security trends and technologies, providing insights and recommendations to enhance the organisation’s cybersecurity strategy.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders at all levels, including technical teams and executive leadership, to align cybersecurity initiatives with business objectives and address organisational challenges.
Experience & Qualifications:
- Extensive experience (5 years min) in cybersecurity consulting, with a focus on designing and implementing secure solutions.
- Proficient in data protection solutions, particularly Microsoft Purview.
- Strong background in cloud security, with experience in securing cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Working with SIEM solutions e.g. Microsoft Sentinel, Splunk, LogRythm.
- In-depth knowledge of industry frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST CSF, GDPR, and NIS2.
- Experience in designing and implementing identity and authorisation solutions.
- Proven track record in incident management and disaster recovery processes.
- Familiarity with integrating security into the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of business problems and the role of cybersecurity in driving organizational growth.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CEH, etc.) are highly desirable.
- Certifications in different vendor or technology related courses, like Cisco, Microsoft, Palo Alto.
- Native French and fluent in English
