As a Senior TA Advisor for APAC, you will take ownership of the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to hiring. This role involves employing creative sourcing techniques, conducting screenings, researching, interviewing, and referring qualified candidates for job openings.

Success in the Role: 

During your first few weeks, you will be introduced to several members of the TA Team and key stakeholders within the business. These engagements will help you become familiar with Insight, the profiles we recruit for, and our processes, systems, and tools.

With the support of the Head of TA, you will successfully lead the recruitment for niche and hard-to-fill roles across APAC. You will take ownership of the process and your results, utilising insights from analytics to enhance our hiring efficiency while ensuring an outstanding candidate experience. Throughout this journey, you’ll develop new skills and achieve results in ways you hadn’t imagined—all while having fun!

What type of work will you be doing?

Meeting Sourcing Metrics

·       Develop a deep understanding of the business goals and the impact of hiring for current roles and skillsets. Take an active role in identifying and mitigating current and future sourcing challenges that may hinder our ability to achieve hiring targets.

·       Partner with the extended TA team to build and execute a roadmap for strategic change that aligns with the business’s growth and organisational structure. Your insights and collaboration will be crucial in driving our recruitment efforts forward.

Team development and Evolution:

·       Leverage your sourcing and recruiting expertise to deliver strong candidates to Insight by partnering with hiring managers. This includes coaching, driving change, and enabling all stakeholders through your extensive change management and influencing skills.

·       You will play a key role in TA/HR projects that create a meaningful impact on our business and teammates, ensuring that our recruitment efforts align with our organisational goals and values.

What is leadership like for this role?

The hiring manager for this role is Robbie Kamaledine, Head of TA, APAC. Robbie is based in Sydney and leads a successful TA function. Robbie brings a consultative, visionary leadership style, built over 15 years’ experience of covering different industries such as Banking, Finance, Engineering and other industries. He has always been close to software and thrives in businesses where technology is used as an enabler of growth and change.

Robbie is an empathetic leader with high ethical standards and a pragmatic approach to building a successful talent acquisition practice within Insight. He believes in building long-lasting, trusted customer relationships and connecting people to the big picture while inspiring action to achieve business results.
