Service Delivery Manager

We have an opportunity for a passionate Service Delivery Manager to join our EMEA Services Delivery Management function responsible for delivering professional and managed services, innovation, consulting to our clients across the full range of technology and software offerings, delivering a scaled, consistent client experience and methodology through four centres of excellence: Service Design & Delivery, Engineering, Customer Operations, License Consulting Services.

The Role:

  • The Service Delivery Manager resides within the Service Delivery Management area of EMEA Services function and is a Business Manager.
  • You will be responsible for a specific subset of small/medium value clients with service deliverables and accountable for the management of business delivered through Insight’s centre of excellence (CoE) resources, in conjunction with our partners, and for ensuring anticipated client outcomes, and adherence to agreed quality standards.
  • You support the Services Delivery function to assemble project teams, schedule and project manage the delivery of key engagements and represent Insight to complex clients.
  • Support the Service Delivery function with the delivery of the regional Services Delivery Management strategy and the translation of the corporate strategy into agreed plans for assigned region.
  • Support and feed into regional thought leadership and guidance for the local Services teammates, ensuring the maintenance of customer intimacy.

Requirements

  • Service Delivery Management experience of in a managed service environment;
  • Proven track record in driving customer satisfaction directly or indirectly Experience leading a managed or professional services business and/or large-scale complex projects in an international environment.
  • Evidence of successful track record in a matrixed organisation 
  • Experience or knowledge of Service Delivery Management, Knowledge of Business Processes (sales, billing etc.) an advantage
  • Fluent Local & English language skills
