Service Technician

Insight Enterprise, a Fortune 500 IT Solutions Partner is seeking a Desktop Support Specialists to work on site with our large utilities company in Phoenix, AZ!  This is a 3 month contract that will most likely extend. 

 

This position offers a dynamic working environment, where you will leverage your strong IT support and customer service expertise, in an exciting atmosphere. If you are ready to continue your career trajectory in state of the art facilities, this position could be a perfect fit for you!

 

What you’ll do at Insight:

  • Provide excellent in-person end user support
  • Windows 10 Rollout Experience
  • Resolve end user application issues with both Mac/Windows and devices
  • Use Service Now ticketing system.
  • Set up new users, including imaging, new hardware, etc.
  • Provide an onsite solutions
  • Close and update incidents in the management system
  • Provide problem/resolution input to the knowledge database
  • Support desktop and laptops with primary focus on the installation and repair.
  • Hardware and software installation
  • Break-fix maintenance for desktops, laptops, and printers

 

What you’ll need to join Insight:

  • Minimum 3+ years of desktop/laptop support experience in a large enterprise environment
  • Dell Toughbook (Rugged) laptop support highly desired
  • Ticket tracking
  • Hardware and software installation
  • Experience with Windows 10
  • A+ Certification
  • Strong organization and time management skills
  • Able to drive to towns outside of Phoenix on occasion
