Marketing Manager, Services & Solutions

Insight is looking for an energetic, motivated self-starter that has a passion for technology and can translate the capabilities of a global solutions integrator into GTM messaging and positioning. This position requires a combination of strong technical, marketing skills, project/program management, and knowledge of the technology landscape.

 

Job Role and Responsibilities:

The responsibilities of this role include working collaboratively with Insight’s Services and Sales teams on packaging new offers, enabling our sales team, and developing effective GTM strategies to support market demand. This role will support the GTM launch process, implement best practices for enablement strategies, and provide ongoing management and marketing of our services portfolio. The successful candidate will be able to translate technical services into consumable, packaged content for internal and external stakeholders. 

  • Comfortable communicating with engineers, architects and developers and bridging the gap between technical capabilities and client offerings
  • Collaborate with portfolio and practice on new services launches and updates to our existing portfolio  
  • Work with internal stakeholders and external agencies on creating collateral to support our services including battlecards, solution briefs, web pages, blogs, presentations, etc.
  • Develop services, product and solution positioning that sets Insight apart
  • Understand buyer personas and how effectively translate our services into a clients buying journey  
  • Work across digital, content and web teams on GTM launch activities
  • Report on pipeline and revenue for our services business, and analyze trends and gaps to ensure goals are met for our solutions business
  • Assist with technical and sales enablement activities including webinars, materials development, communications, etc.
  • Work with demand generation team on how to intersect services messaging and offerings (workshops, assessments, services, etc.) into campaign materials and messaging
  • Translate partner product portfolio and the alignment with Insight services to identify key GTM strategies
  • Lead the project management of multiple programs simultaneously
  • Communicate internally and with external partners on progress of initiatives, strategy, and results.
  • Conduct competitive research to evaluate our solutions and remain competitive

What we need /Desired qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or technology related.
  • Minimum of 5 years of broad-based B-to-B marketing experience, experience in B2B technology or channel marketing preferred
  • History working with cloud, security, application, data & AI, or data center technologies and knowledge of IT hardware, software and services industry desired
  • Ability to understand technical terminology and translate into client messaging
  • Experience in Solution Selling, Cloud and SaaS GTM strongly preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, financial insight, and strategic thinking skills
  • Strong project management skills, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with marketing automation, and CRM systems
  • Computer skills: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
