The Services Marketing Manager is responsible for helping Insight to grow its Services business and become more of a recognised player in the in-country market. They develop the regional marketing services plan, reflecting the local market, customer, and segment needs based on the EMEA services strategy.

The Services Marketing Manager works closely with the EMEA GTM team to implement EMEA led demand generation programmes and campaigns, feedback regional requirements, and where required create content and develop campaigns to support business revenue goals, as well as identifying opportunities to work and develop strategic joint partner plans to help pull through services revenue.

In addition, the Services Marketing Manager in collaboration with EMEA GTM teams and regional, Segment and Partner Marketing teams, ensures there are robust campaigns and programmes in place to support services business targets and objectives. They will work closely with the EMEA & in country TSG teams to help reposition the importance of Services led discussion with the Segment and Partner teams.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop an in-depth understanding of Insight’s services and solutions and also represent the in-country Services marketing to regional, EMEA, and global teams.
  • Understand and align the UK marketing plan to the EMEA portfolio of Service and Solution offerings, roadmap, and strategy. Addressing in-country requirements and customer specific needs.
  • Review central marketing programme proposals with local stakeholders and adapt to regional requirements, if required.
  • Agree prioritisation of Solutions and Services led Marketing campaigns within the field (Sales and Marketing).
  • Share in country requirements to TSG and EMEA GTM teams to ensure we have the right assets, programmes, and campaigns.
  • For specific in country requirements, create compelling messages and content to support sales discussion with target accounts.
  • Work closely with TSG to identify the key strategic partners and help guide the Partner Marketing teams on the development of joint marketing campaigns, joint value proposition and or approaches to be taken with the partner.
  • Support learning and development sales enablement activities aligned to Services and roll out of new Services offerings and capabilities.

 

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Demonstrable experience of working in an offering marketing role, previous experience in developing Services and joint partner marketing plans
  • Deep knowledge of the IT industry, client experience market, Services business, and technical trends
  • Working knowledge of market and industry, which can be used to drive engagement and future strategic direction of function
  • B2B Marketing Experience
  • High standard of planning skills, together with sense of urgency and ability to deliver results.
  • Ability to convey information clearly and influence both internal and external audiences to gain commitment.
