Salary: $50,000 - $62,500 per year

About the role

As a Services Technician, you will work in a dynamic environment supporting a large technology company. We will count on you to leverage your strong IT support skills, you will apply your technical abilities and provide excellent customer service while being surrounded by smart and motivated colleagues. Along the way, you will get to:

• Support teammates in person and remotely 
• Install, Configure and Troubleshoot end user Software and Hardware issues (Windows, Android, iOS and Mac OS X) 
• Monitor Voicemail Boxes and Command Center email Inboxes 
• Send applicable documentation to the technicians in accordance with the Project-Specific Processes (PSPs)

What we’re looking for

• Microsoft Server 2012 & 2016 (Transition) & 2019 (Current) certification or relevant technical experience 
• DNS – detailed working knowledge 
• AD – basic working knowledge 
• Two-year Associates Degree (field related) or equivalent related experience or training preferred.
