Key Responsibilities:

Provide an exceptional white glove deskside experience for Gulfstream Aerospace staff.

Manage tickets, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.

Utilize exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Ability to work independently, identify, track, and troubleshoot issues.

Interact with customers at all levels, from individual contributors to the C-suite.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively to ensure successful project completion.

Maintain knowledge of new technologies and their application for continued client satisfaction

Provide technical support and leadership support as needed by responding to questions, assisting with troubleshooting, and determining problems.

Develop and maintain cross-training efforts with peers and contribute to site-level operational readiness and process improvement.

This teammate will be located in the Imaging Center - unboxing PCs, Imaging, processing, salvaging, and palletizing equipment, & using hand pallet jack
What you'll need to succeed:
-
Must have self-directed and self-aware mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Must possess the ability to manage up when required.

Prior experience in providing PC break/fix both onsite and remotely.

Strong familiarity with Microsoft Teams, SCCM, Asset Management, machine imagining, possible Mac/Apple device support, ServiceNow, and Citrix preferred.

Ability to manage and prioritize tickets and projects.
