Services Technician 
 

Location: This role is fully onsite at Gulfstream Aerospace in Savannah, GA.  


Now is the time to bring your expertise to a Deskside Services Technician role for a Fortune 500 Solutions Integrator where success and fulfillment go hand in hand. You will be at the forefront of helping businesses transform their cloud, data, AI, cybersecurity, and analytics to ensure they are future-ready.  

 

As a Deskside Services Technician with Insight, you will provide a white glove deskside experience to our client. We will count on you to be organized, and customer focused. Along the way, you will manage tickets and execute end user project as required.

As a Deskside Services Technician, you will get to: 

  • Provides first technical support and leadership support. This includes, but is not limited to, responding to questions, assisting with troubleshooting, and determining problems.     

  • Maintains and protects assets and property. This includes spare parts, loaners, tools and test equipment, as well as equipment that may be provided by Insight’s customers.  

  • Performs PC break/fix onsite and remotely. This includes, but is not limited to, identifying the problem and determining the most efficient and cost-effective way to resolve the problem, keeping customer downtime to a minimum.  

  • Maintains knowledge of new technologies resulting in continued client satisfaction.

We are looking for a Deskside Services Technician with: 

  • Experience with Microsoft Teams  

  • Experience with SCCM, Asset Management, machine imagining, possible Mac/Apple device support, ServiceNow, and Citrix preferred  

  • Ideal candidate must be able to develop relationships with all levels of customers within the business (individual contributor to c-suite)  

  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds, bend, crawl and stand and sit for 8 hours
