  • Onsite in Oakland, CA
  • Tuesday-Thursday 8-5 pm (paid hour lunch)
  • $30.00 an hour

 

 Key Responsibilities: 

 

  • Solving technical problems onsite and remotely, performing PC break/fix tasks, and executing end-user projects with precision and efficiency.
  • Provide first-class technical support and leadership support to our clients, including responding to questions, troubleshooting, and determining problems.
  • Perform PC break/fix onsite and remotely, identify problems, and determine the most efficient and cost-effective way to resolve them.
  • Execute End-user projects as required.
  • Manage and prioritize tickets, ensuring prompt resolution of issues and queries, and escalate critical issues to the service manager as appropriate.
  • Maintain knowledge of new technologies, tools, and techniques to ensure continued client satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with all levels of customers within the business.
  • Utilize tools such as Microsoft Teams, SSCM, Asset Management, machine imaging, ServiceNow, and Citrix to provide effective technical support.

 

What you need to succeed: 

 

  • Self-directed individual with excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • 3+ years of experience in providing excellent customer-focused skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Teams, SSCM, Asset Management, machine imaging, ServiceNow, and Citrix preferred.
  • Familiarity with Mac/Apple device support is a plus.
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients at all levels.
