Job Title: IT Support Specialist


Job Overview: As the IT Support Specialist, you will be primarily responsible for providing application support, but you should also have an understanding of infrastructure to provide basic supporting for the operations of payment hubs, CRES, and other infrastructure. In addition to providing support, you will also manage escalations and track tickets assigned to support teams, monitor, and report on operational issues, and liaise with the project and support teams on releases.


Key Responsibilities:


- Manage Cegid application, including tracking issues, managing escalations, monitoring reports, and supporting selling events, among others.

- Partner with leadership to provide training and support and oversee digital screens, wayfinding, and digital artwork.

- Manage and maintain the Waitwhile application, traffic count at Landmark, and Teams Merchandising application.

- Be a champion for Cegid and Teams technologies such as walkie-talkies and support escalations for provisioning of applications and access for new staff.

- Manage payment hubs and payment devices and be responsible for iPhones and iPhone deployment.

- Liaise with regional IT for replacement and new IT equipment and be knowledgeable on video conference and blue tube technology.

- Serve as the liaison between store and 3rd party technology and digital screens and coordinate extra support during busy periods and events.

- Support IT for brand exhibition and manage documentation relating to Landmark.

- Communicate and update store leadership team on IT problems, outages, and up and coming enhancements.
