We’re looking for a Benefits Coordinator to join our HR team at Insight. This role is central to supporting our teammates across EMEA by managing and administering our benefits programmes with precision and care.
What You’ll Do:
- Administer teammate benefits including health, life, and income protection plans.
- Provide expert support to teammates on benefits queries, claims, and onboarding.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and internal policies.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on benefit usage and cost.
- Manage benefits systems and coordinate with payroll for deductions.
- Develop and refine operating procedures for benefits processing.
- Communicate plan changes and deliver teammate education sessions.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in HR administration, ideally within a large corporate environment.
- Familiarity with EMEA benefits portals and systems (e.g. SAP SuccessFactors, Freshdesk).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential data.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.

As a Benefits Coordinator your Responsibilities are:
• Administer all teammate benefits programs throughout the region.
• Communicates plan benefits and changes effectively, serves as the primary point of contact for day-to-day teammate inquiries related to benefits, and assists in determining validity of claims.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for employees regarding benefits inquiries and issues.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations related to teammates benefits.
• Conduct benefits inductions for new hires and provide ongoing education for current employees.
• Analyse and evaluate benefits programs to recommend improvements or changes.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to employee benefits.
• Collaborate with payroll and HR teams to ensure accurate benefits deductions.
• Prepare and distribute benefits communications and materials to employees.
• Assist in the enrolment process and ensure a smooth transition for employees.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to benefits utilisation and employee satisfaction.
• Process invoices and create purchase orders to guarantee that benefits suppliers are paid accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Maintain strong relationships with benefits suppliers.
Experience and Skills:
- Previous experience in benefits administration or a similar HR role.
- Strong administration experience.
- Proven record working to tight deadlines and ability to prioritise workload.
- Works with a high level of organisation and strong eye for detail.
- Competent user of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Proficiency in HRIS and benefits management software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Understands the importance of the role that a Human Resources /Learning & Development function plays in supporting successful businesses.
- Confident delivering presentations to varied groups of people and building rapport with both groups and individuals.
