About the role

Leadership: The manager for this role is the Director of Alliances and Marketing, APAC. They are based in APAC and lead the regional Alliances and Marketing function, fostering a collaborative, partner-centric culture with a strong focus on measurable outcomes and alignment to APAC priorities.

As a Partner and Marketing Manager, APAC, you will oversee and manage key vendor partnerships in Singapore aligned to our APAC strategy, including Microsoft, Adobe, VMware/Broadcom, Veeam, Cisco and select additional partners. We will count on you to drive partner performance and profitability, orchestrate joint business planning, and lead aligned marketing tactics that support Insight’s APAC growth agenda. Along the way, you will get to:

  • Manage and nurture relationships with key vendors, including understanding partner program drivers, licensing motions and Insight’s APAC Marketplace strategy and processes (including AWS and Microsoft).
  • Orchestrate the business planning process between Alliances, Sales and Solutions teams, including managing “focused vendors” for Singapore and GCR, and supporting partner onboarding criteria.
  • Drive the partner planning process aligned to the APAC rhythm of business: develop and execute annual plans, internal and partner QBRs, enablement and certification plans, and select marketing initiatives to accelerate revenue and gross profit.
  • Track and analyse partner performance metrics, KPIs and financial targets, maintaining accurate reporting of pipeline, forecast and activities, and work with Finance on reconciliation and forecasting of partner programs and incentives.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for in-country partners, leading SANZ and GCR partner forums, maintaining partner contact and portal lists, and orchestrating marketing plans aligned to APAC Marketing priorities and OKRs.
  • Be AmbITious: This opportunity is not just about what you do today but also about where you can go tomorrow. When you bring your hunger, heart, and harmony to Insight, your potential will be met with continuous opportunities to upskill, earn promotions, and elevate your career.

What we’re looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
  • 8–10 years’ experience in partner management, channel sales or vendor relations in the technology industry within the APAC region; people leadership experience preferred.
  • Strong understanding of partner programs, licensing, marketplaces and partner income profitability metrics (rebates, MDF, deal registration and reporting), with a clear growth mindset.
  • Proven track record of building and managing successful partnerships with key vendors and driving revenue and gross profit growth.
