Location: Singapore. This is a hybrid role where you will work 2-3 days in our Singapore office and the remaining days from home, unless otherwise agreed with the Manager.

About the role
Leadership: The Manager for this role is Dean Graham, based in Sydney, Australia. Dean is the Sales Director (Technology) SANZ - Insight Enterprises Singapore, Australia and New Zealand.
As a Sales Manager you will be driving the attainment of the Sales Segment, GP, market share, and business goals for the Singapore region. As a motivational Sales Manager with a passion for success you will be enabling and mentoring our teammates as well as maintaining and developing our customer and partner relationships.
Along the way, you will get to:
- Implement sales strategies and tactics to drive sales, market share, and GP growth in the Region
- Create and monitor a sales discipline through a structured management system
- Develop and grow relationships with key publishers to increase market share of these products for Insight
- Develop and grow relationships with key clients and prospects to increase share of wallet
- Effectively hire, train, manage, and motivate the sales personnel in the Region
- Ensure Account Managers appropriately pursue marketplace opportunities and take action favourable to Insight’s overall interests
- Maintain a positive, challenging work environment that fosters teamwork, skills development, high team-mate morale, and job satisfaction
- Provide opportunities for Account Managers to develop their skills and potential through one on one coaching and mentoring as well as on the job, educational and professional development programs
- Build strong relationships with functional leads so that strategic initiatives are supported
- Ensure management is aware of customer, industry, and competitive market issues and opportunities
- Maintain current knowledge of upcoming releases of software and issues in the tech industry
- Monitor sales / GP budgets and quota allocation, whilst continuously assessing the impact of financial decisions on the region’s profitability

We are looking for a dedicated Sales Manager with the following capabilities:
- Demonstrable experience in managing sales teams
- Demonstrated success in growing a region
- Prior experience and understanding of the Microsoft Ecosystem
- Account Management in the Direct Sales
- Management of budget / quota allocation
- Proven results in partner engagement
- Proven leadership/ influencing skills at all levels
- Sound Planning and Organizing skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven track record in Sales target achievement
- Software / Hardware/ Services sales experience
