If you are looking for a career in Technology or Sales, the Skills Academy presents a fantastic opportunity, whether you are a recent graduate, looking to return to work or seeking out a career change.

After 6 months of paid training, you will be placed in an Insight role fit for you!

Throughout your initial training and career at Insight, you will learn the fundamentals of innovative technologies such as Microsoft Azure, AWS Cloud and more, within a supportive training environment. You will;

• Have an opportunity to grow into one or more areas of specialism
• Experience career progression and a high level of expert support
• Grow your customer and partner relationship management skills

Training

It all starts with a learning program that covers our business and how you fit into it, as well as the skills you’ll need to hit the ground running in your new role. From here, you’ll take your first steps in your Insight career.

Initially, you’ll play a supporting role but as your experience and competency develops, so will your responsibilities. Through this on-the-job learning, technical accreditations and support from expert colleagues, plus ongoing training and mentoring, we aim to develop you into a confident, client-facing consultant who can lead a team, identify opportunities and deliver quality solutions.
