Senior Adoption & Change Consultant
The Senior Adoption & Change Consultant resides within the Service Design & Delivery area of EMEA Services, specifically within the Consulting team. This role ensures the successful adoption of Insight’s Connected Workforce solutions, working closely with clients to facilitate change, optimize processes, and drive long-term adoption. The consultant provides expertise in change management methodologies, communication, and training to enable clients to realize the full potential of their technology investments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach, coach, and mentor teammates, supporting career progression and problem-solving.
- Represent Insight at industry events and contribute to thought leadership initiatives.
- Develop and implement client-specific adoption strategies, ensuring best practices are followed.
- Oversee project execution, monitor progress, and adjust strategies to meet KPIs and client outcomes.
- Collaborate with Insight consultants to tailor offerings to client needs.
- Conduct assessments and surveys to gauge impact and readiness for change.
- Design and deliver training programs and communication plans to ensure smooth transitions.
- Influence and educate stakeholders on smarter working and collaboration strategies.
- Identify areas for process improvement within both internal and client environments.
- Drive efficiency, scalability, and quality in service delivery and adoption methodologies.
- Contribute to long-term change management strategies to sustain solution adoption.
- Manage a team of up to five consultants, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Ensure team members maintain required certifications and meet utilization targets.
- Oversee day-to-day consulting operations, supporting profitable growth and strategic alignment.
Desired Profile:
- Educated to degree level or equivalent work experience.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., PROSCI, PMP).
- Extensive experience in change management, technology adoption, and Microsoft O365.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and project leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects with autonomy.
- Experience in a global and diverse working environment, demonstrating inclusivity and collaboration.
- Passion for leveraging technology to drive business transformation.
