Key Responsibilities

  • Understand and articulate service offerings in the portfolio taxonomy and the solution sales process. 
  • Lead the pre-sales qualification process with a CSD .
  • Perform technical discovery calls with clients. 
  • Understand Customer/Client challenges, translate client challenges/service opportunities to offerings and proposals. 
  • Create pre-sales proposal decks with existing content or specialized content from Solutions architect. 
  • Create SOWs with appropriate assumptions, scope boundaries, etc. 
  • Work with approving leaders to approve proposed LoE /Pricing. 
  • Finalize SOWs in Qorus. 
  • Transition to delivery team, as required, to ensure service offering is well-understood and can be properly executed (in accordance with Insight delivery best practices).
  • Work with customers in the pre-sales process to deliver Insight’s value and capability.

 

What you’ll need to succeed

  • Document wins / success stories to be shared with organization.
  • An understanding of Device Lifecycles, specifically related to Infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with other Principals and Architects to drive Account Expansion (“Cross-sell” offerings). 
  • Participate with portfolio team in build out of the service offering, including: 
    • Delivery collateral  
    • Deliverable definition 
    • Assist with Sales collateral (solution briefs, PPTs, LoE/pricing model standards)
