Solutions Specialists are focused technology specialists, who partner with our Sales team and Practice leadership to help identify and win new business opportunities and lead complex and new engagements.

The ANZ Practice Manager is Graham Elliott, who will be committed to providing ongoing development opportunities to help you reach your full potential, as a member of our Apps and Integration team, you will be part of a supportive and collaborative environment that fosters growth, innovation, knowledge sharing and creativity.

What type of work will you be doing in your new role?  

Lead the differentiation of Insight’s technical capabilities

Build trusted technical advisory relationships with strategic accounts

Serve as a trusted source for Microsoft and collaborate on new and strategic opportunities

Provide technical thought leadership and expertise in Cloud Apps and Integration

Standardize practice offerings, proposals, bids, and tenders

Lead presales and bids for our Cloud Apps and Integration practice

Ensure comprehensive coverage for all practice offerings

Partner with the Sales team to build the Cloud Apps and Integration pipeline

Identify and properly qualify Cloud Apps and Integration opportunities

Develop compelling commercial offers and value propositions

Create reusable practice artifacts to improve proposal quality and accelerate service levels

Develop and share solution knowledge both locally and across the Asia Pacific region

Assist the practice team in meeting the Services Practice’s financial target

What capabilities you will demonstrate in your new role!

Consultative approach:

Present and communicate technical solutions to C-Level Executives

Be comfortable in a client-facing environment

Showcase your technical knowledge within a services or customer-facing environment

Demonstrate strong pre-sales experience in a consulting environment

Produce high-quality technical artifacts and presales contributions (proposals, RFP/RFQ responses, and presentations)

Work across all practices to see the big picture

Develop strong client relationships

Win new business

Map your client’s business needs to Insight’s technology solution offerings

Technical expertise you will utilise in your new role:

Design and deliver solutions using multiple Microsoft Azure Cloud Apps, Integration, and Developer engagements

Design and deliver Apps and Integration solutions using Microsoft technologies (e.g., Stream Analytics, IoT Hub, etc.)
