Reporting to the Director of Solutions, you will lead and support the solution sales process for Data & AI opportunities, from initial ideation and discovery through qualification, solution design and implementation.
You will act as a trusted advisor to clients, helping senior business and technology stakeholders navigate a rapidly evolving Data & AI landscape and turn emerging technologies into tangible business outcomes.
You will also represent Insight as a Data & AI thought leader, contributing to client events, executive briefings, workshops, webinars, industry events and public speaking engagements.

Develop a deep understanding of the client’s business strategy, data landscape, technology roadmap, challenges and opportunities, identifying where Data & AI can deliver meaningful business value.
-
Lead strategic conversations around Data, Analytics, AI, Generative AI and Agentic AI, helping clients move from experimentation toward scalable and governed adoption.
-
Identify, shape and qualify Data & AI opportunities and translate business requirements into compelling solution concepts and engagements.
-
Lead cross-functional teams to design and propose solutions that combine Insight capabilities, partner technologies and modern Data & AI platforms.
-
Work closely with technical specialists, architects, consultants, sales teams and delivery organisations to develop commercially and technically viable solutions.
-
Collaborate closely with the Insight AI team to develop new offerings, sales motions, processes and approaches that help Insight identify, qualify and accelerate Data & AI opportunities.
-
Support the creation of repeatable Data & AI propositions, workshops, assessments, accelerators and use cases that can be scaled across clients and markets.
-
Build strong relationships with strategic technology partners and help translate new capabilities and innovation into relevant client propositions.
-
Act as a visible Data & AI ambassador and thought leader for Insight, presenting at client events, executive briefings, webinars, conferences and other public speaking engagements.
-
Collaborate with leadership, sales teams, partners and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment around Data & AI strategy, pipeline development and go-to-market activities.
What success looks like
