We are seeking highly motivated and experienced sales individuals to join our Spanish Solutions business as a Solution Sales Leader. In this role, you will bring Insight’s extensive Solutions portfolio to life for our clients, using your wealth of experience and expertise to exceed expectations and drive high levels of ROI and satisfaction. This future-facing role is critical to Insight's growth, as you will drive revenue by providing and driving the adoption of complex and customized solutions to our clients.  

 

 The Solutions Sales Leader is responsible for driving profitable solutions revenue, leading client engagements working with the wider Insight organisation. The Solutions Sales Leader will lead cross-functional teams to design, propose, and deliver solutions that meets or exceeds the client's business outcomes. They will also collaborate with sales leaders, the wider sales team, partners, and other internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and coordination of sales strategies and governance activities. 

What to expect: 

Reporting to the Director of Solutions and Delivery, you will oversee the Solution sales process for clients, from initial ideation to final implementation, while ensuring that solutions are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.   

To deliver the best outcomes for our clients, you will:

  • Form a deep understanding of the client’s existing technology roadmap and landscape, along with their industry, challenges, and opportunities. 

  • Lead cross-functional teams to design, propose, and implement solutions that meet or exceed expectations through leveraging the latest technologies, and ultimately seamlessly integrating these into the clients environment. 

  • Collaborate with leaders, the wider sales team, partners, and other internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and coordination of sales strategies, along with governance activities. 

What success looks like:                            

  • You are a key part of driving growth within the Solutions business, by developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets, maintaining accurate forecasts, milestones, qualifications, and pipeline. 

  • You identify new business opportunities within your portfolio of accounts, develop and maintain the account plan for services growth to engage with potential clients and drive these new business opportunities. 

  • Relationships are key; you’ll form strong relationships with clients and identify the key decision-makers and influencers within their organisation. You will also maintain strong connections with Insight partners, vendors, and internal teams.   

  • You collaborate across Insight and know when to pull in the right people to ensure alignment on Solution sales strategies. 

  • You master the Land, Adopt, Expand, and Renew model to determine client qualification, ensuring that Insight drives year-on-year growth within accounts. 

  • You qualify deals and use the appropriate risk assessment models, to ensure client qualification considers client, commercial and technical risks.

  • Ability to identify and understand client pain points and motivations, taking a proactive approach to address these through mapping potential technology solutions. 

  • Passionate about how technology can drive business value through transformation into our customers’ business; with a keen interest and understanding across our key offerings of Cloud, Data, AI, Cybersecurity, Adoption & Change and Optimisation & Governance; with a desire to learn and develop professionally.
