Job Overview
The Solutions Leader is responsible for driving profitable solutions revenue and leading client engagements across the Insight organization. This role designs, proposes, and delivers solutions that meet or exceed client business outcomes while collaborating closely with sales leaders, account teams, partners, and internal stakeholders. The Solutions Leader ensures alignment of sales strategies, governance, and delivery to drive growth and maintain strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts, milestones, and pipeline management.
- Design and deliver customized solutions to meet client needs, coordinating resources and ensuring high-quality service.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Lead the sales process for qualified opportunities, from initial engagement to deal closure, including proposals and contract negotiation.
- Collaborate with integrated account teams and other stakeholders to achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key client decision-makers and internal partners.
- Ensure client satisfaction throughout the sales cycle, onboarding, and implementation stages.
- Identify new business opportunities and support proposal development for complex solutions.
- Provide feedback and insights to enhance solution offerings and value propositions.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in solution sales, account management, or client engagement leadership roles.
- Strong understanding of enterprise solutions, business processes, and client challenges.
- Track record of meeting or exceeding revenue and sales growth targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience working with integrated account teams, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Strategic thinking with the ability to translate business needs into actionable solutions.
- Ability to manage complex sales cycles and multi-stakeholder engagements.
