The Account Representative is to help service and maintain current customer relationships in support of the Account Executive(s) activities with the goal of driving revenue, profitability, and increasing customer satisfaction.
Location: You will have the flexibility to work fully remote in the US. This position will support our clients in the Western US region.

About the role
As a Solutions Representative, you will assist Account Executive(s) in facilitating Account Management by maintaining positive working relationships with external customers and vendor partners; along the way you will serve as link between field partners and internal disciplines by establishing positive working relationships with functional peers.
- Solution/Product Quotes: configure and create quotes for solutions, products, and add-on sales; coordinate special pricing, perform follow-up.
- Database Management: serve as focal point for gathering account information, assist in efforts to ensure data integrity.
- Order Initiation: order entry, provide information for new customer and new part number setup.
- Assist Maintenance Renewal Associates in reconciling maintenance contracts.

What we’re looking for
- Bachelors degree in business management or 4 years of related experience in lieu of degree.
- 2 years customer service and/or sales support experience (high tech preferred)
- Experierence in Cisco Environment
- Demonstrated ability to use computer hardware and related office software
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, with emphasis on Excel; strong oral and written skills
- Ability to multitask and establish priorities, solid organizational skills
- Able to handle ambiguity
- Able to handle stressful situation in regards to client satisfaction
- Client first mentality
- Able to travel, not to exceed 20% of the time
